Call for Abstracts/Papers

Abstracts and papers are invited from biochemists, molecular biologists, microbliogists, pharmacologists and scientists in other related disciplines. Good quality articles presented at the conference will be peer-reviewed and published in the SUPPLEMENT to the Nigerian Journal of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Authors of papers should adhere to the following guidelines:

Abstracts of more than 300 words, typed in good English using Microsoft Word 2003/2007 version, should be submitted as electronic copy to the conference secretariat though the following email addresses:

Not later than 31st of August, 2010. An electronic copy of manuscript should be sent as an attachment. The full article send will be peer-review and corrections sent to the authors before the date of the conference. Authors whose papers are found worthy would be so notified and they would be expected to bring to the conference two hard copies of the manuscripts typed on Microsoft word, font size 12, double line spacing, using Times New Roman characters) A4 size paper and an electronic copy on writable disk to be submitted after the presentation at the conference. Note that ONLY papers presented at the conference will subsequently be published.

The authors for correspondence should be identified using asterisk with appropriate email address. Authors of accepted articles will be informed on page charges depending on the length of the article. The published articles will be sent by post to the principal authors latest one month after conference.

Abstract Handling Fee

Every abracts attracts N500 (five hundred naira) handling fee. Payment should be made at any branch of African Bank Plc in favor of NSBMB in the account number 1735603540518. Evidence of payment, i.e teller, should be scanned and sent with the abstact.
